Membership Terms

1. Membership Overview

Key Club offers membership plans that provide access to our community, resources, workshops, mentorship programs, and career development tools. By purchasing or activating a membership, you agree to these Membership Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

2. Free Trial

New members may be eligible for a free trial period as advertised on our website. The free trial provides access to select features of the Key Club platform. At the end of the trial period, your membership will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time. Only one free trial is permitted per person, household, or email address.

3. Billing and Payment

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). By providing payment information, you authorize Key Club to charge your payment method for the applicable membership fees.

• All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy
• We reserve the right to change membership pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your membership
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current

4. Membership Access and Benefits

Your membership grants you access to the features and benefits described in your selected plan at the time of purchase. Key Club reserves the right to:

• Modify, add, or remove features from any membership plan with reasonable notice
• Limit access to certain features based on membership tier
• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or technical reasons

Membership access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials or membership benefits with others.

5. No Career Outcome Guarantees

Key Club provides career education, community support, mentorship, and skill-building resources. Membership does not guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, income increases, or any specific employment outcomes. Individual results depend on personal effort, qualifications, market conditions, and factors outside Key Club's control.

Member experiences vary. Testimonials and success stories reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@joinkeyclub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to membership benefits until the end of the paid period.

7. Termination by Key Club

Key Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of these Membership Terms, our Terms of Service, or Community Guidelines. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the remaining membership period.

8. Age Requirement

Key Club membership is available to individuals 18 years of age and older. Users under 18 may participate only with documented permission from a parent, guardian, school, or organization.
