Terms of Service

By using this website, joining a free trial, purchasing a membership, attending a workshop, or participating in Key Club, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Key Club provides career education, mentorship, workshops, accountability, interview practice, networking practice, community programming, and related resources. Key Club is not a staffing agency, recruiter, employer, school, licensed career counselor, legal advisor, financial advisor, or employment guarantee service.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Key Club does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, promotions, salary increases, sales results, business results, or career outcomes. Your results depend on many factors outside Key Club's control, including your experience, effort, market conditions, applications, interviews, skills, employer decisions, and follow-through.

3. Membership

Membership access, pricing, billing terms, and included benefits are listed on the website, Stripe checkout, community platform, or written agreement. Key Club may update membership features, schedules, programming, and community formats over time.

4. Free Trial

If offered, the free trial provides temporary access to selected Key Club programming. Free trial access may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. By purchasing a membership or service, you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method according to the plan, invoice, or checkout terms.

6. Cancellation

Members may cancel according to the cancellation process listed on the website, Stripe, community platform, or written agreement. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments.

7. Refunds

Because Key Club provides access to live programming, community support, resources, and mentorship, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or services have begun. Refunds, if any, are handled at Key Club's discretion unless required by law or stated in writing.

8. Community Rules

Members agree to:

• treat others with respect
• avoid harassment, hate, spam, threats, or discrimination
• avoid sharing confidential employer, client, or member information
• avoid selling or recruiting without permission
• avoid recording sessions without permission
• avoid misusing resources, templates, or community access

Key Club may remove or suspend members who violate these rules.

9. User Content

You are responsible for anything you share, upload, post, or submit in Key Club spaces. You represent that you have the right to share any resumes, screenshots, messages, images, documents, stories, or materials you provide. You grant Key Club permission to use submitted content only as needed to provide services, feedback, community support, and program delivery. We will not publicly use your testimonial, image, or success story in marketing without permission when required.

10. Workshops and Organizations

If an organization, school, employer, nonprofit, or partner books a Key Club workshop, that organization is responsible for obtaining any required approvals, permissions, attendance consent, parent/guardian consent, or internal authorization. Workshop dates, deliverables, cancellation terms, and fees should be confirmed in a written agreement or invoice.

11. Minors

Key Club is intended for users 18 and older. Users under 18 may participate only with parent, guardian, school, employer, or organization permission. Key Club is not directed to children under 13.

12. Intellectual Property

Key Club materials, templates, playbooks, slides, recordings, frameworks, exercises, graphics, and website content are owned by Key Club or used with permission. Members may use materials for personal learning only. Members may not resell, repost, copy, distribute, or create competing materials from Key Club content without written permission.

13. Recordings

Some workshops, classes, or community sessions may be recorded for internal training, replay, quality, or member access. Do not share personal information in a recorded session that you do not want included.

14. Third-Party Tools

Key Club may use third-party tools such as Stripe, Skool, Zoom, Google, Calendly, email platforms, or other services. Key Club is not responsible for outages, policies, charges, account restrictions, or data practices of third-party platforms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Key Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Key Club's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Key Club in the three months before the claim arose.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
