Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Key Club is committed to providing value to every member. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued and how to cancel your membership or workshop registration.

2. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Key Club membership at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and navigating to account settings
  • Emailing us at hello@joinkeyclub.com with your cancellation request

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to membership benefits until the end of the period for which you have already paid. We do not prorate partial months.

3. Refund Eligibility — Membership

Key Club membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • 7-Day Satisfaction Window: If you are unsatisfied with your membership within the first 7 days of your first paid billing period (not including any free trial), you may request a full refund by contacting us at hello@joinkeyclub.com.
  • Technical Issues: If a verified technical error on our part prevented you from accessing the Services you paid for, we will review your case and may issue a prorated refund.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Key Club's sole discretion.

4. Free Trial

Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds as no payment is collected during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the first billing period. Refund requests for charges immediately following a free trial will be considered under the 7-day satisfaction window described above.

5. Workshop Cancellation & Refunds

Workshop registrations are subject to the following cancellation terms:

  • More than 7 days before the workshop: Full refund available upon request.
  • 3–7 days before the workshop: 50% refund or full credit toward a future workshop.
  • Less than 3 days before the workshop: No refund. Credit toward a future workshop may be offered at Key Club's discretion.
  • No-shows: No refund or credit will be issued for failure to attend without prior cancellation notice.

If Key Club cancels or reschedules a workshop, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Memberships cancelled after the 7-day satisfaction window (except as noted above)
  • Partially used membership periods
  • Workshop registrations cancelled less than 3 days before the event
  • Memberships terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email hello@joinkeyclub.com with:

  • Your full name and email address associated with your account
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant order or transaction details

We will respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
