Workshop Terms

1. Overview

These Workshop Terms govern your participation in any Key Club workshop, training session, live event, or educational program (collectively, "Workshops"), whether offered to individuals, schools, employers, nonprofits, or other organizations. By registering for or attending a Workshop, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and Payment

Workshop registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in US dollars. Key Club reserves the right to change workshop pricing at any time; however, confirmed registrations will be honored at the price paid.

• Group or organizational bookings may require a separate agreement
• Invoicing options may be available for qualifying organizations upon request
• Seats are limited and registration is first-come, first-served

3. Organizational and School Responsibility

Schools, employers, nonprofits, and organizations booking workshops or sharing workshop information with participants are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining any required attendee, parent, guardian, or internal approvals before sharing participant information or booking a workshop
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws regarding data sharing, minor participation, and consent
• Communicating workshop details, expectations, and these terms to all participants
• Obtaining any necessary parental or guardian consent for participants under 18
• Ensuring that participant data shared with Key Club is collected and shared in compliance with applicable privacy laws

Key Club is not responsible for any failure by an organization to obtain required approvals or consents prior to participant enrollment.

4. Age Requirements

Key Club workshops are intended for participants 18 years of age and older. Participants under 18 may attend only with documented permission from a parent, guardian, school, or organization. Organizations booking workshops for groups that include minors are responsible for obtaining all required consents.

5. No Career Outcome Guarantees

Key Club workshops provide career education, skill-building, and professional development content. Attendance at or completion of any Key Club workshop does not guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, income increases, or any specific employment outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, qualifications, market conditions, and factors outside Key Club's control.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Workshop cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• More than 7 days before the workshop: Full refund available
• 3–7 days before the workshop: 50% refund or full credit toward a future workshop
• Less than 3 days before the workshop: No refund; credit may be offered at Key Club's discretion
• No-shows: No refund or credit

If Key Club cancels or reschedules a workshop, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the rescheduled date.

7. Conduct During Workshops

All participants are expected to adhere to our Community Guidelines during workshops. Key Club reserves the right to remove any participant from a workshop for disruptive, inappropriate, or harassing behavior without refund.

8. Recording and Intellectual Property

Key Club may record workshops for internal use, quality assurance, or future distribution. Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute workshop content without prior written consent from Key Club. All workshop materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of Key Club.

9. Limitation of Liability

Key Club's liability for any workshop-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific workshop in question. Key Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from workshop participation.
